Consistent Fitness is a full service training company. We create custom tailored Training, Nutritional and Cardiovascular protocols to guide our clients to there personal fitness goals.
We cater to all types of clients from someone who is looking to lose fat and change body composition to competitive athletes as well as all fitness competitors. We provide one on one training sessions in addition to our distance consulting services.
One on one sessions can be provided in your local gym or your home. Distance services are handled on a weekly basis with a minimum term and include: comprehensive training protocol, nutritional outlines and cardiovascular protocols
